Free motion Quilting
Confidently quilt free motion quilting filler designs
What you need
- I am quilting on a pieced quilt made from 8″ hexagons stitched together (I don’t include instructions or a pattern for this). You’re welcome to make a quilt top, but a solid piece of fabric will work just as well. If you’re quilting on a domestic sewing machine, make yourself quilt sandwiches and stitch along with me. You can use those sandwiches for small gifts – turn them into bags, or potholders, or attach them using a quilt-as-you-go method for a reference quilt. You can even pop them into a binder and build a reference library.
