Refunds and returns


Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in the original packaging. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. And remember, all purchases that include a sale or discount code are final sale. This means that goods purchase on sale cannot be returned. Thank you for understanding!

Damaged Goods

Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email su*****@la**************.com. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Sometimes, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process.

If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to come to an agreement. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified within those first 30 days.

Digital products and  membership fees are non-refundable and sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.

Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Please do not return items using SAPO – it is highly unlikely that it will reach us! Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.

All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.

Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.


By signing up for a subscription you are agreeing to a six month subscription period. Subscriptions may be paused but no refunds or early cancellations will be honored.
